VRN’s Ron Robertson has been recognised nationally for his “Jazz n Cool” show.

He picked up a Silver Award at the UK Hospital Broadcasting Association awards. He was presented with the award by Jim Simpson, the Scottish regional representative for the HBA.

Two other presenters – John Murray and Walter Brennan – were also finalists in the Male Presenter of the Year category.
